EA games ship, but…
EA have shipped 4 of their titles for the Mac - Battlefield 2142, Need for Speed Carbon, Harry Potter and Command & Conquer 3. They are available for order on the Apple store - see the MacNN post for more information.
There is a ‘but’ and it’s that they will only run on Intel based Macs because EA are not writing native Mac games but instead using the ‘Cider Portability Engine’. While this does allow the delivery of games to the Mac it’s hardly providing them at their best.
